Cricket Pavilion Shortlist

Cricket Pavilion Shortlist

The selection panel was made up of the cricket and bowls clubs with representatives from the Institute and Grizedale Arts

After extensive deliberation three schemes were selected to be further developed – including meeting with the selection panel and a visit to the site.

The three schemes selected represent a broad cross section of the 83 submissions and aim to reflect the opinion of the open vote process – 170 people voted, a pretty good turnout representing around 30% of the village population.

The 3 schemes offer 3 very different approaches to the pavilion and will give a broad range of options from which to select the final design.
